CaterFlow Certified Partner Program

Turn workplace-restaurant flow into your next service line.

CaterFlow is the flow-simulation platform consultants and caterers resell to their clients — and that facility managers use to fix their own restaurant. Prove what actually works before anyone moves a counter or pours concrete.

A new, recurring revenue stream

Sell flow optimization as a productized service — project after project, not one-offs.

Instant, data-driven credibility

Walk into every meeting with heatmaps and a defensible flow grade, not opinions.

Win more tenders

Hand clients the evidence that closes proposals and beats rivals on data, not price.

We train and co-pilot you

Get certified and ship your first paid project within 30 days, with us alongside.

Run a workplace restaurant yourself? See the done-for-you option below — we deliver the full report for you.

SEE IT IN ACTION

Watch CaterFlow turn a floor plan into a decision

This is the actual tool — no mock-ups. Build the layout, simulate a real lunch rush, and see exactly where the queues and congestion form.

Design the servery

Digitize the floor plan, then drop in counters, walkable zones and access points.

Simulate the rush

Run a realistic peak-hour flow with hundreds of diners moving through the space.

Read the heatmap

Spot congestion hot spots and fix them before they slow down service.

Two ways to work with CaterFlow

Partner — sell it as your own service

License the platform, get certified, and deliver flow optimization under your own studio — with our training and co-pilot support on your first project.

Done-for-you — a single project

Not ready to license yet? Have our team run one optimization for a restaurant and hand you the full boardroom-ready report.

Why consultants partner with ALOHA

A new revenue stream

Package flow optimization as a productized service and bill for every project — from a fast baseline scan to full new-build validation.

Recurring income, not one-offs

Turn a single report into retained advisory work: annual re-checks, scenario testing and follow-up projects across your client base.

Instant credibility

Hand clients heatmaps, a defensible flow grade and ranked fixes — the evidence that closes proposals and wins tenders.

A data-driven reputation

Become the consultant who backs every recommendation with simulation, not opinion — and stand apart from anyone who only quotes on food or aesthetics.

The Problem

The freeflow is the first part of lunch. If it starts stressful, the food won't save it.

Food, staff, and presentation can be adjusted quickly. Flow can't — unless you simulate it.

Queues kill the experience

When diners wait, satisfaction drops — regardless of food quality.

Cross-traffic creates chaos

Poor counter placement forces people to criss-cross, slowing throughput and raising stress.

Freeflow mistakes are expensive to fix

A layout problem often becomes a construction problem. Better to validate before changes.

Most freeflows are designed without data

Beautiful spaces can still underperform without flow analysis under real demand.

Process

From Floor Plan to Optimized Layout

01

We digitalize your floor plan

Send your blueprint. We build a precise digital twin with stations, counters, and walkways mapped.

02

We simulate real demand

We model peak volumes, group sizes, offer mix, and staffing to run realistic flow simulations.

03

You deliver actionable results to your client

A boardroom-ready report (A+ to F‑), heatmaps, bottleneck ranking, and recommendations ranked by impact vs effort — ready to present under your own name.

Inputs needed to start

  • PDF plan (with at least one known measure)
  • Sales mix or POS reports (6–12 months)
  • Seating capacity (table types + quantities)
  • Staffing available for service
  • Offer info (type, complexity, service style)

Measurable Outcomes

What You Measure — and Hand Your Client

Every simulation delivers metrics you can act on, not opinions.

Queue time

Pinpoint where queues form and what causes them.

Throughput

Know how many diners you can serve per minute — and what changes increase it.

Seating requirement

Calculate seating needed for the peak window — avoid overcrowding and wasted space.

Scenario comparison

Test layout/staff/offer changes digitally before spending on construction.

Proof in the field

What the data reveals that plans and opinions miss

Real projects, anonymized. The same pattern every time: the simulation changes the decision — and protects the outcome.

Existing restaurant · self-scan rollout

The fix that quietly moved the problem

Payment flow D‑ → BSeating dropped to FShort 134 seatsRe-simulated to the right number

A client with a cluttered freeflow wanted to see the impact of adding self-scan payment counters. Simulating 8 extra self-scan counters lifted the payment flow from a D‑ to a B — but CaterFlow immediately showed the problem had only moved: people now reached the consumption room too fast, and the seating area collapsed from a B to an F, short 134 chairs. We re-simulated until we found the exact number of self-scan counters that improved the service flow without overwhelming the seating area.

New head-office build · tender

Winning the tender with data

≤ 7 min KPI at risk2–3 targeted fixesCaterer won the tender

During a tender, the client submitted the plan of the new self-service to be built in their head office. CaterFlow showed right away that the layout had a few issues that would cause congestion and queues, and that the client's ambition of a 7-minute maximum in the freeflow probably wasn't reachable as drawn — then showed that 2–3 small changes would respect the KPI. That data-driven approach gave the client confidence, and the caterer won the tender.

Growth from ~600 to ~750–800 passages

Staff wasn't the answer — layout was

Outgrew its designSwap 1 counterBiggest impact for least spend

A freeflow built for roughly 600 passages was now serving closer to 750–800, causing long queues, long waits and clustered walking areas. The client planned to change the offer and add service staff. CaterFlow showed that would have little impact — the real fix was swapping counters, because a single counter was causing major congestion right at the entrance of the restaurant.

All cases are real ALOHA projects, anonymized to respect client confidentiality. Specific figures and layouts are shared under NDA.

Who It's For

Built for the people who shape the lunch rush

Consultants & Catering Operators

Resell simulation-backed proposals under your own name. Win and retain clients, and optimize station placement and staffing to serve more diners faster.

Architects & Designers

Validate a new freeflow before construction. Ensure target capacity without bottlenecks or seating shortfalls.

Facility Managers & Workplace Experience

Reduce peak-time complaints with evidence. Present boardroom-ready results that quantify impact.

Built by a consultant

Made by someone who has run the lunch rush — for 25 years

Our methodology (what happens in every project):

  • Digital twin of your freeflow: stations, walkways, access points, and queue zones mapped
  • Real-demand modeling: POS/sales mix, arrival curves, group sizes, grab‑and‑go rates
  • Station speed model calibrated to service mode, staff count, offer complexity, and manipulations
  • Baseline + scenario simulations: counter swaps, queue orientation, staffing allocation, offer changes
  • Boardroom-ready outputs: A+ to F‑ grade, bottleneck ranking, heatmaps, impact vs effort recommendations
“I spent 25 years fixing workplace restaurants on the floor. CaterFlow is the tool I wish I'd had — it lets you prove what actually works before anyone moves a counter or pours concrete.”
